About UsDONNA ELAINE JEWELRY is a company that creates one of a kind jewelry from Polymer clay and resin. Polymer clay is essentially PVC, polyvinyl chloride. It is a plastic, but until it is cured, it is very malleable. Each piece begins with various amounts of clay, which had to be kneaded, rolled, formed, cut, pierced baked and often glazed. Resin is also in the polymer family but the substance begins as a liquid. Once two chemical forms are combined, the liquid can be artistically manipulated then poured to allow the substance to cure to a solid. Our pieces are wearable art and similar to the paint to a canvas, no two pieces are alike although they can be made with similar colors, each piece is unique. The findings used are of the utmost quality and often accented with precious stones and gems.

RaShani has always been creating jewelry from beads, string, stones, or plastics. Once introduced to the form of polymer, she fell in love with the endless creative possibilities polymer clay had to offer.
“Polymer clay is like a blank canvas. Artistry takes form and direction. It’s magical, sexy and luxurious embellished with all the intimate charms and quality of something marvelous.” |
Our History |
Jewelry creation has always been a hobby, until there were more and more requests from people to create a piece of jewelry for an event or just an accent for work. Donna Elaine Jewelry was created in honor RaShani's aunt. RaShani chose to name the line after her namesake because she was a sassy fashionista, who wore what she wanted and never feared to be different.
